As of May 20th, 2020 we will be able to offer services again. This comes with a strict set of guidelines from the governor of Connecticut. A complete explanation of the guidelines can be found on the https://portal.ct.gov/-/media/DECD/Covid_Business_Recovery/CTReopensHairBarbershopsC4V1.pdf?la=en
Bulleted below are safeguards listed on the ct.gov site in which we intend to implement.
This includes, but is not limited to:
We are so thankful to be going back to work, but we must remind you we are going to do our best to keep YOU safe. We kindly ask that you do the same. If you are feeling any symptoms, have a fever, or have been exposed to anyone who may have COVID, we ask that you do your part to keep EVERYONE safe, and stay home.
We are confident that having a "boutique" style salon will afford us the ability to keep a safe environment for our clients. If at any time you feel that there is a BETTER way to do so, please speak up. We will make changes we feel are warranted as we navigate through these first few weeks. If you feel we are not following the guidelines set forth for our industry, the Governor has asked you to call 211 and report your findings.
Thank you for reading through our COVID RESPONSE and please remember to be patient and kind through this process. No one WANTS to be doing this, but together we will get through this!
***For anyone interested in donating to the Shoreline Soup Kitchen when you come to your appointment, we will have a bin located in the reception area to drop can goods and dry food. There are many families depending on this food to help lessen the burden so many of us have been faced with due to COVID-19. We appreciate your donation!
